Adam is a London-based wine advocate, marketer and educator. He is a fortified wine specialist, a self-confessed Lusophile and certified #portgeek. He is the ambassador of School of Port in the United Kingdom, creating and running masterclasses in wine schools, universities and clubs / wine bars / restaurants across the country, aiming to demystify the port category for the 21st century drinkers. Born and raised in Hungary, he is also deeply connected to the emerging wine regions of Central and Eastern Europe. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering the British countryside or exploring hidden bookshops and warehouses.

Founder, Copake Wine Works and Hamlet Hound Cocktails, New York, NY Based on New York, Christy Frank is a freelance writer and a leader of the independent wine retail scene. With 25 years’ experience in the wine and spirits industry, she has held positions in all tiers of the US wine trade from large, global drinks firms such as Moët Hennessy USA, to small, boutique distributors to on- and off-trade retail. Her freelance writing focuses on the commercial aspects of selling wine within this convoluted system. A 2024 Fellow for the Wine Writers’ Symposium in Napa Valley, her writing has appeared on Sevenfifty Daily, Wine Review Online, JancisRobinson.com, and her blog, Bending Elbows. She holds a WSET Diploma, is an educator, blind tasting competition coach, provides subject matter expert review for genre fiction writers, and is the founder of Copake Wine Works, a wine shop in the Hudson Valley/Berkshires and Hamlet Hound canned cocktails.
Claire Berticat França
Claire was born and raised in France, with roots in the South West of France and Northern Italy. After earning a Master’s in Business Administration with a Marketing major from a Parisian business school in 2005, her passion for travel and multiculturalism led her to Singapore in 2006, where she began her career as a Brand Ambassador for a renowned Champagne and Spirits luxury group. She spent nearly nine years in Southeast Asia, holding key roles including Account Manager at a French wine and food communication agency, and Commercial Director for one of the region’s leading wine distributors. Her last two and a half years in Asia were based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. In 2017, she moved to Belgium and driven by her love of learning and new challenges, Claire pursued a technical degree in Oenology and Viticulture, completing an internship at Château de Candale in Saint-Émilion. That same year, she joined the Belgian Sommelier Guild and helped organize the 2019 Best Sommelier of the World contest in Antwerp, managing sponsorships and coordinating marketing and communications. She later became Director of Partnerships, then Marketing Director of the International Sommelier Association (ASI) for 7 years. Today, Claire runs her own consulting company, collaborates on diverse wine projects, works as a wine journalist, and teaches at a top French business school.

Eugénio foi Wine Director do restaurante Jardinière, o restaurante flagship do Chef Traci des Jardins em São Francisco, de 2001 a 2013. Em 2010 foi nomeado Sommelier of the Year pela revista Sunset. Eugénio tem sido sommelier convidado e orador em muitos eventos nos Estados Unidos e no estrangeiro, júri de vinhos para o San Francisco Chronicle, para a revista Wine & Spirits, para o jornal Dallas Morning News, para San Diego Sommelier Challenge e para os Concursos de Vinhos das revistas Bom Appétit e Sunset. Foi responsável pela administração de aulas sobre vinhos na Universidade de Berkeley e Director de Estudos Vitivinícolas da Escola de Gastronomia de São Francisco. Formada em Gastronomia pela Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, Gabriela Monteleone é sommelière profissional certificada pela ABS-SP (onde também foi docente para a formação profissional durante 10 anos). Empresária, ela é sócia fundadora do "Tão Longe, tão perto" (um portfólio de curadoria, serviços, soluções e distribuição de vinhos brasileiros). Sócia fundadora da Casa TLTP Barra Funda, um espaço no bairro paulistano dedicado ao vinho ético e à convivialidade além de suas casas irmãs, Casa TLTP Botafogo (RJ), e a Casa TLTP Porto (Portugal). Em 2022, lançou seu primeiro livro, "Conversas acerca do vinho", uma imersão por questões contemporâneas do universo vitivinícola como agricultura responsável, mudança climática, história, cultura, estilos, e outros temas tendo sempre o vinho como pano de fundo. Ainda em seu ano de lançamento, sua publicação foi uma das vencedoras na categoria Wine Writing pela premiação Gourmand Awards. Como curadora, colabora para a revista Número Brasil além de sua coluna com boletins semanais na rádio Novabrasil FM e Spotify. Jon Berg (60) is a trained sommelier from Norway, at the www.beverageacademy.no. He has written five books about travel, gastronomy and wine, from several countries in Europe. He is a regular contributor to one of the biggest webpage on wine in Norway, www.nvkf.no. He has a Master degree in History from the University of Oslo. He is currently the head of Communication at the Ministry of local and regional affairs in the Norwegian Government. He just started a new position as a part-time sommelier at the up-scale wine bar, Bukken Vinbar, Hjem, in Oslo
Junghwan Byun Coreia do Sul
Junghwan Byun is a leading figure in the South Korean wine industry. He earned the WSET Diploma in Wines and Spirits in 2020 and has lectured on wine tasting since 2015. His reputation in the industry has led to invitations as a judge and team leader at several esteemed wine competitions, including the Korea Wine & Spirits Award, Vin Asia Wine Award, and Asia Wine Trophy since 2018. Junghwan also contributes his knowledge through columns in Sommelier Times, Scent magazine, and Wine21.com. In May 2020, Junghwan authored a book exploring the nuances and pleasures of wine tasting. The following year, he further enhanced his credentials by becoming a certified Wine Educator for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. His commitment to wine education reached a new milestone in June 2022 when WSET granted him the distinction of establishing the first WSET-accredited wine school in Busan, BLCC Wine Academy, marking it as the only WSET Approved Program Provider outside of Seoul.

Natalie Richard Canadá
Natalie Richard is a well-known Canadian tv personality and journalist. She started her career on CBC television, before becoming a famous VJ on MuchMusic and hosting one of the first cooking show in the country. She also produces hundreds of cooking videos from her kitchen for the online version of the renowned women magazine Chatelaine. Her passion for wine took the lead over the last decades and she became a WSET Diploma certified sommelier, specializing in wine pairings and oenotourism. As an author and journalist, she writes a wine column in her local newspaper plus various web contribution and radio segments, on top of teaching WSET classes, hosting wine workshops and conferences. Robert Russel Rosales Johansen 30 års old working as a the Restaurant Manager at Park Hotel Vossevangen, Voss, Norway I have little more than 8 years of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. I started my wine career working as a waiter, and soon after as a Junior Sommelier at Park Hotel Vossevangen back in 2017/2018. I did my WSET Level 2 and 3 in Wine through the WSET School in London in 2018. In 2019, I did complete my Introductory and Certified level through Court of Master Sommelier in 2019, in Stockholm and in Warsaw, Poland. During the pandemic, 2020, I finish the French Wine Scholar – Highest Honor, through The Wine Scholar Guild. In 2021 to 2022, I work 8 month at the 1 stared Michelin Restaurant, Speilsalen at Brittania Hotel, before returning to Park Hotel Vossevangen as the Head Sommelier. I passed the CMS- Advanced examination in Thallern Austria in 2022, on the first attempt. I am on the waiting list for my Master Sommelier Exam. My goal is to become the first MS in Norway. Last year I became the restaurant manager at the hotel. Park Hotel Vossevangen has one of the great wine cellars of the World. The total collection contains about 50 000 bottles, with about 8000 different labels. Making it the most awarded wine cellar in the country. Ronald Wortel is editor and columnist at the leading Dutch wine magazine Perswijn and has over two decades experience in the wine business. He started out importing Portugues wines into his home country The Netherlands, but has focused on education and writing the last 10 years. Next to his work for Perswijn, he is lead tutor for the WSET Diploma programme at the New Zealand School of Wines & Spirits, teaches many courses in The Netherlands and abroad and is a Master of Wine student. He has always kept a keen interest in Portuguese wines and is also a Certified Port Educator.
